This paper is based on the wide market prospect of the new energy automobile cylinder power 18650 battery and the trend of the separation process automation equipment application.And the optimization and application of the separation process is set up based on the consistency requirement of the whole power supply solution for the terminal customer.Then make efforts to study the optimization scheme of the sorting process and the application of automatic manipulator sorting equipment.The full text of the work and achievements is summarized as follows:According to the technological process of the formation and separation of lithium ion power battery,which is divided into 6 processes: formation,aging,content,testing,sorting,data tracing,etc.Complete the optimization of the basic process of the battery sorting and delivery,and the optimum scheme of the sorting process is determined by the customer requirements of the power battery.According to the optimum scheme of the separation process,the basic structure of the process layout and the application of the automatic equipment of the sorting machine is determined.And the optimal planning of mechanical structure of the separation of the manipulator is derived.Determine the optimal plan for the 6 processes,and find out the effective connection between the various processes.Finally,the design of the process parameters of each process is finished,and determine the final separation process.According to the optimization scheme of the sorting process,the application scheme of the device based on the high speed parallel manipulator is presented.The mechanical structure design scheme of the battery sorting is completed,and the interface of the production operation is developed.Based on the above results,it provides the technical guarantee for the application of the 18650 round lithium ion power battery.
