With the rapid development of photovoltaic industry,the capacity of photovoltaic power plants is growing.The power generation of photovoltaic power plants is determined by the intensity of the optical radiation,which is largely non-generating or inefficient when the low light or photovoltaic array is blocked.This loss is more pronounced in large capacity power plants.In order to solve this problem,this paper launched a group control system.Group control system uses multiple inverters and through the optimization strategy to run,improve the photovoltaic power plant in low light power generation capacity.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)From the demand of photovoltaic power generation system to start,analysis of low light conditions and shadow shading on the impact of photovoltaic power plants.In order to improve the power generation capacity of PV power plant,combined with the characteristics of the inverter,put forward the concept of group control system.(2)This paper analyzes the problems existing in the topology of traditional PV system.In order to solve the problem of low power generation efficiency under low light and occlusion,the topology of the system is improved.Based on the previous research,the efficiency optimization strategy of group control system and Life optimization strategy;analysis of the characteristics of photovoltaic arrays and the maximum power point tracking problem;through the calculation that the group control system can improve power generation efficiency.Based on the efficiency of China,the problem of capacity allocation of group control system is discussed.Finally,the structure of modular group control system based on China's efficiency optimization is proposed.(3)The short-term prediction model of photovoltaic power based on neural network is used to guide the implementation of group control strategy.The operation strategy of group control system in different operation stages is described in detail,and the PLC control strategy is designed.(4)Based on the MCGS development environment,the design of photovoltaic power generation monitoring system.design the software function structure and man-machine interface of the monitoring system;design communication system.Group control system can effectively enhance the power generation capacity of photovoltaic power plants,fault handling and upgrade capabilities.The group control system has the scheduling ability after introducing the power forecasting function,and can coordinate with the power grid to solve the power fluctuation problem of the photovoltaic power generation.The conclusion of this paper has some reference significance for the engineering application of PV group control system.
