Charging station is the centralized charging place for electric vehicles,the monitoring system plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the safety of electric vehicles and equipment in the process of charging,improving the efficiency and the automation level of management of the charging station,the study upon the power station monitoring system contribute a lot to the development of electric vehicle industry.Firstly,studied the harmonic influence of EV's charging to the grid.EV charging station monitoring system should take the harmonic influence into consideration.This paper set up the simulation analysis model on the Simulink platform and study the charging harmonic influence to the grid.Studied charging pile 380V side harmonics distortion at different power level,obtained the voltage total harmonics distortion curve.And take the EV's popularity into consideration,studied the charging station 10kV access point voltage harmonics distortion at different penetration level,obtained the voltage THD curve,and did comparative analysis.Secondly,designed the overall scheme of EV charging station monitoring system.Analyzed the overall structure of the charging station monitoring system,and system function requirements,designed the monitoring system communication network,studied the monitoring system data flow and the data manipulation of each stage.On the base of harmonic influence,this paper designed a monitoring system which includes three kinds of charging methods,take the power quality monitoring into consideration in the scheme design,make up for the shortage of current charging station monitoring system,did the monitoring system division according to the subsystem function difference.Finally,studied the function and software implementation of each subsystem upon the Lab VIEW platform,analyzed the function of user management system,adopt access database to manage the user information,do the software design and implementation;studied the information exchange in the charging process,common abnormity and failure types,complete charging subsystem design;analyzed the battery exchange procession,incorporate the battery life cycle management into the system design,echelon battery utilization,and complete the battery exchange monitoring system overall design;studied power quality monitoring system function,and the power quality regulation and control strategy,completed the overall software design,composed the software program of the main index of power quality,do the simulation of function verification;did the power distribution monitoring system function requirement research,abnormity and fault analysis,and completed the overall design;did the function requirement analysis and overall software design of the security monitoring subsystem.
