With the development of electric vehicle,a large number of charging stations need to be built to provide charging services.Due to the shortage of power supply resources,and the traditional power generation methods exist serious pollution.Therefore,the solar electric vehicle charging station came into being.However,the corresponding supporting facilities did not keep up with the pace of electric vehicle development,hindering the promotion and use of electric vehicle.Nowadays,most solar charging stations are on-site monitoring,which results in high operating cost and low service efficiency.How to realize the remote centralized monitoring and unmanned monitoring of the solar electric vehicle charging station becomes the main problem in the promotion and construction of the solar electric vehicle charging station.The main work of this paper is to study the monitoring system of the solar energy charging station.1.On the basis of fully studying the current situation of solar charging station monitoring system at home and abroad,analyzing the development status of close-range wireless communication,comparing the respective technical characteristics of Bluetooth Wi-Fi ZigBee,we choose the combination of ZigBee wireless communication network and 4G mobile network technology.The special information transmission channel is established,and the design scheme of the solar charging station monitoring system is designed according to the management requirements of the solar charging station for charging system and storage system.2.The system is studied in detail from three aspects: monitoring subsystem,monitoring workstation and remote monitoring center.The monitoring subsystem uses the terminal nodes composed of CC2530 and the corresponding sensors to complete the charging station equipment,environmental monitoring data collection and upload,and the monitoring workstation uses Exynos4412 data processing module with coordinator node and ME3760 4G wireless module.The remote monitoring center includes data server and host computer.The data storage is realized by MySQL database and on-line monitoring data is realized by LabVIEW.3.To verify the feasibility of solar electric vehicle charging station monitoring system.First of all,each data acquisition terminal node module is tested with the corresponding sensors;then the ZigBee network,coordinator node and 4G mobile network are tested.On this basis,the comprehensive test of the monitoring system is carried out.The database management of monitoring data server,the display of client and the control of terminal equipment are realized.It is verified that the monitoring system of the solar electric vehicle charging station can realize the data acquisition,remote transmission and centralized monitoring of the solar electric vehicle charging station,and meet the design requirements.
