In the transmission line,the insulator is the important component to ensure the safety and stability of the transmission line.With the development of social economy,especially in the railway freight yard,the pollutant species in the atmosphere are becoming more and more complicated,and the pollution degree is very high,which caused a great threat to the safe operation of the power system.In this paper,the pollution of the contact insulator in low temperature and high pollution area is investigated,and the pollution composition is analyzed.The advantage and disadvantage of the application of the cleaning method in the low temperature and high pollution condition are compared,the dryice cleaning method is selected to clean the insulator.The overall plan for dry ice cleaning equipment is designed out,including rail flatbed,dry ice cleaning actuators,dry ice cleaning systems and accessories.Dry ice spray gun is designed out,The flow field and particle characteristics of the dry ice spray gun were studied by Fluent,and the geometric parameters were optimized by Taguchi method.The cleaning parameters of the spray gun were studied,the effect of each parameter on the dry ice cleaning effect is determined out,and the dry ice cleaning parameters were optimized.Firstly,The background of the study is analyzed,the surrounding environment of catenary insulators in low temperature and high pollution area is investigated and analyzed,the pollution components are investigated and analyzed,the advantage and disadvantage of the application of the cleaning method in the low temperature and high pollution condition are analyzed,the dryice cleaning method is selected to clean the insulator.Secondly,The job requirements are analyzed,The overall program of the dry ice cleaning device is designed out,the design of the running mechanism,the actuator,the gun module and the system are designed.The main components are selected and the insulation security of the device is analyzed.Thirdly,The dry ice spray gun is design out.The influence of the geometric parameters of the spray gun on the flow field and particle characteristics of the gun are studied by using the Fluent simulation.The geometrical parameters of the gun are optimized by the Taguchi method,and the optimal geometric parameters of the spray gun is determined,and the three-dimensional flow field characteristics of the gun were studied,the cross section of the spray gun is determined.Finally,The cleaning parameters are studied,and the flow field of the gun is simulated by Fluent.The effects of the inlet pressure,dry ice flow,dry ice particle diameter and length on flow field and particle characteristics of the spray gun are studied,the cleaning device input parameters are optimized,the best combination of input parameters is designed out;at the same time,the effects of dry ice cleaning angle,cleaning distance,the speed of the gun and other factors on the cleaning results are studied. |
