Research On BIM Technology Application In The Engineering Cost Management

This paper analyzes the existing problems in the project cost management of China's construction industry by using BIM technology taking BIM technology as the main line,and aiming at the purpose of fine delicacy management of project cost.By analyzing the related origin of BIM technololgy,its working principle and some basic theories sunch as the establishment of BIM model,the whole process of project cost management in using BIM technology,some reasonable recommendations are put forward in providing experience and idea for promoting China's project cost managenment to realize the objectives of efficient management according to BIM technology.In this paper,the research is implemented around the fine application in the stages of decision-making,engineering design,engineering contractors and engineering construction in the project cost management of BIM technology.The main contents and resucts are as follows:(1)Summarizing and analyzing the BIM technology,the implementation model and its development in the application of the project.(2)Proposing how to apply the BIM technology during to the whole process of project cost management and soling the problem of restablishing a separate visual model in the decision-making stage and engineering design stage.(3)Achieving fine count quantity and construction plane layout and solving the problem of precision quotation in the project contracting stage.(4)Solving the problem of the visual management of the project schedule and project cost management in the project construction phase so as to play a key role in improving the quality of the project and reduct the cost.
