The problem of water scarcity is the international problem and faced by many countries.Safety of drinking water is also one of the most concerned water resources problems.The water plant is facing the contradiction between the increase of drinking water and the deterioration of water quality in the drinking water source.The traditional treatment of water plant is facing the problem of raising and improving energy consumption and reducing consumption.The new water plant faces the problem of land use,water production and water quality.The Membrane technology as the third generation of water purification technology,and gradually cut a striking figure in the water supply market,that can effectively solve the above problems.While the membrane technology existing low-throughput,high pollution and other issues,so put forward the subject especially.In this paper,we focus on the drawbacks of the current membrane technology,and explore the membrane filaments suitable for the non-dynamic membrane in the ultrafiltration membrane produced by our laboratory and explore the application of the non-dynamic membrane in water treatment.In this study,six kinds of ultrafiltration membranes in the laboratory were selected to process two effluents,and the SZ101,SZ103 and SZ104 films were screened according to the operation of the membrane and the treatment effect.Secondly,used three kinds of selected membranes to treat the water of Bai Guishan reservoir,and according to the operation effect and resistant chemical cleaning effect,we select two kind s of membranes,and they are SZ103 and SZ104.Finally,the SZ103,SZ104 will be used to treat the water treatment plant backwash and replace the "precipitation + filter" processing unit and the separate "filter" processing unit in the existing water treatment process.According to the water quality conditions and water inlet conditions,this experiment mainly study the technical parameters of the filter backwash water.After comprehensive analysis,SZ103 was screened for non-dynamic membrane.The optimum operating parameters of SZ103 in the backwashing water of the filter are as follows: under the condition of high turbidity(the turbidity is more than or equal to 10 NTU according to the backwash water quality),the optimum air washing and air washing time is 1000 L / h,5min;low turbid water conditions(this study according to the backwash water quality turbidity is less than 10NTU),the best amount of air wash and air wash time of 500 L / h,3min.In this study,the water quality of the measured effluent is better than that of the national drinking water standard(hereinafter referred to as the national standard),the average turbidity of water outlet is 0.06 NTU,which is far lower than 1.0NTU of the national standard;the average value of the permanganate index is 2.62 Mg / L,the national standard is 3.0mg / L;UV254 is 0.022;ammonia concentration is 0.085 mg / L,national standard is0.5 mg / L;total aluminum concentration 0.15 mg / L,national standard is 0.2 mg / L;effluent microorganism not detected,Water quality is stable and suitable for handling filter backwash water.Membrane technology used for treating the water inlet experiment of sedimentation tank,in the no power and no cleaning conditions,the SZ103 can continuously operate for one week,and the membrane flux decay rate is up to 80%.After the flux is constant,and the membrane after the hydraulic cleaning,the Recovery rate of membrane flux after cleaning is between 42%-78%.Membrane technology used for the water outlet experiment of sedimentation tank,In no power and no cleaning conditions,that can continuously operate for one week,the membrane flux decay rate of up to 87%.With SZ103 cleaning method and after cleaning,membrane flux recovery rate is between 44-84%.Flocculation without precipitation of water contains a lot of alum,which easily cause membrane contamination,so the membrane technology is not suitable for direct replacement "sedimentation pool + filter",the membrane technology is only a substitute "filter" is more appropriate.
