Currently Jihua Group began added the combination of battery and lithium battery in power system operation,monitor,electronic instrument,emergency lighting,etc with electric security.These places for chemical industry enterprises have important significance.Therefore,by developing new lithium-ion battery charging technology can provide positive and practical research significance and promotion value.According to characteristics of the lithium battery charging,combined with available on the commonly used charger itself has the disadvantages,develop a new type of intelligent controller based on MCU and design a kind of intelligent lithium battery charger system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzes the balance control and charging current input control,stop charging control technology,the rechargeable lithium battery technology research theoretical basis and realistic basis.The hardware platform is built intelligent lithium battery charging,with ATmegal6 as control core,sampling circuit,protection from step-down circuit,and balancing circuit and peripheral equipment study on the several parts,so as to meet the experimental hardware equipment.(2)At the same time,the software interface design,register,battery detection,constant voltage constant current charging four point of the study.The application of P WM pulse width modulation technology,the control system of charge and discharge management.The normal work of detecting the charging circuit and control circuit,then adjust the constant voltage and current,and voltage control of the circuit.(3)According to the project on the experiment platform of the hardware configuration and software configuration of the current high-speed charging experiment,effective control and the control of negative voltage respectively from resistance balanced increase of experimental analysis,and draw the balanced resistance value requires a change of degree number according to the voltage of single cell was gradually changing coefficient conclusion,in order to protect the intelligent charging experiment operation.The device designed in this paper has intelligent control charging process,intelligent judgment of the charging current size and the end of the state of charge,and effectively prevent the charging or charging of the lithium battery,which has high efficiency and safe charging control and protection function.
