The environmental issues have always been an important area of concern,atmospheric environment is closely related to human life.In recent years,with the development of science technology and the use of new materials,the air pollution problem has become particularly prominent.The accurate monitoring of air is one of the core methods to solve this problem.This paper is written to design a set of gas detector,which can be used to detect the concentration of CO and O3 in the air.In this paper,the temperature and humidity compensation algorithm are added to ensure the accuracy of the data.People can judge the change of gas concentration according to the measured data and can also use the data to check whether the environmental protection and emission reduction measures are effective.In this paper,the design method and the final product of the gas detector include the aspects of the selection of the controller,the choice of the sensor,the overall block diagram of the system,the hardware structure,the software and the algorithm.In terms of structure,this paper uses STM32 as the core controller and uses ME2-CO and MQ131 to measure the concentration of CO and O3 in the air.The analog signal will be read by a 24 bit high precision ADS1115 in order to converse into digital signal and transmitted to the main control chip STM32F103VCT6,the main control chip will display the data on a TFT screen through the serial port.For the accuracy of the measured data,this paper choose to build a small chamber equipped with a pump and a fan,the pump is used to ambient gas sucked into the gas chamber,the fan is used to make gas mixing.This paper design a case to hold all the Components,include a circuit board,gas chamber and a TFT screen,which are fixed with screws.The equipment use 220 V power to supply,which can be carried to the environmental test region.At the same time,the least squares method is used to make the temperature and humidity compensation.This paper completed the gas detector system of the schematic,PCB production,model making and machine debugging,basically achieved the design requirements and accomplished the expected design.
