Landslide is a common geological disaster,and retaining wall is one of the most commonly used reinforcement measures.It is difficult to analyze the stability of the retaining wall by the analysis method of the technical code for building slope engineering in our country.However,there are few researches on the practical stability analysis methods for retaining walls.In this dissertation,I try to research a stability analysis method for retaining wall reinforcement based on the limit equilibrium theory,and the rationality of this method was verified through finite element method.The main research contents and results are as follows:1)The thesis researched the calculation theory of earth pressure based on the domestic and foreign literatures.The soil pressure calculation method commonly used: Rankine earth pressure,Coulomb earth pressure,and based on the energy theory of upper bound solution.The results show that the above methods are not applicable when the soil is not in the limit state.2)The basic principle of finite element method,the analysis steps,and the analysis process of the strength reduction method of slope stability analysis are researched.Strength reduction finite element software ABAQUS reduction module based on the analysis of slope stability of reinforced retaining wall,the results show that though the finite element method can analyze slope stability under complex conditions,the analysis process is complex,and it is not easy to master the technical person general engineering.3)The stability analysis of retaining wall based on limit equilibrium theory is studied.Firstly,the thesis summarized the existing analysis method based on limit equilibrium theory: Sweden slice method,Bishop method,Morgenstern-Price method,Hoek analysis method,the derivation process of sliding mass transfer coefficient method,Spencer method,unbalanced thrust method and Sarma method etc..Based on the basic assumption of Bishop method,the thesis deduced the stability analysis method of retaining wall which is based on the limit equilibrium theory.Then,the thesis researched the change regulation of the safety factor of retaining wall slope reinforcement with different slope height and corner depth.Finally,the thesis compared the results with ABAQUS finite element software,and verified the rationality of the method in this dissertation.4)The dissertation analyzed the slope stability in Kecheng District of Quzhou City based on the method of strength reduction method and the finite element method.The results further verified the rationality of the method which proposed in this dissertation,and it show that the method mentioned in this dissertation can provide reference for similar engineering design and construction.
