In recent years,each big city have appeared serious haze phenomenon,automobile exhaust emissions is one of the reasons for this phenomenon,how to better solve the problem of emission of particles,adapt to the strict emission regulations,reduce traffic in the process of PM emissions,become one of the hot issues in today's automotive industry research.This paper focuses on this problem,the model for the CA4 DC engine on the following aspects of the research.First,the pressure drop test,it was carried out to investigate the influence of different coating amount of noble metal and different carbon loading on the performance of catalytic converter,and to analyze the influence on the fuel economy,and to find out the equilibrium temperature of CDPF by observing the change of pressure drop.Second,the capture efficiency test.To investigate the particle size and particle size of the catalyst capture efficiency,to verify whether the test engine can achieve effective capture of particles,and analyze the impact of CDPF on gas emissions.Third,loading test.Loading test is mainly for the regeneration of catalytic converter to explore the changes of pressure drop in the process of loading in loading test,and to determine in the reactor loaded carbon load according to the pressure drop and exhaust flow conditions.Forth,completely passive regeneration test.Test selection in the vehicle running speed at 100km/h,corresponding to the engine used on the condition of 2200 rpm,156N.m,3600 s of continuous operation test,the particles in the reactor can achieve completely passive regeneration.Fifth,active regeneration test.The choice of active regeneration method for injection fuel in cylinder.The first active regeneration to explore the impact of different fuel injection quantity and injection timing of DOC heating characteristics,determine the most appropriate regenerative injection parameters.Then,the regeneration time is determined by the injection parameters and the engine operating conditions,regeneration after injection quantity,recording pressure drop and the catalytic converter in the regeneration process in the temperature,in order to optimize the consumption of fuel in the regeneration process of preparing.Finally,the "spray-stop-spray" spray regeneration strategy is put forward,and the jetting strategy of the fuel-assisted auxiliary regeneration is analyzed theoretically.
