With the development of automotive technology,especially in the second decade of the 21 st century,customers pay more attention to vehicle fuel economy,ride comfort,safety,environmental protection and so on,instead of freight function.Braking System,the most reliable part of vehicle,developed rapidly in the past 20 years.Meanwhile,Braking system development and design evolved from the early experience,gradually into expert and modular.It becomes imperative to establish a complete braking system matching process.Firstly,The paper summarizes the vehicle breaking system,and introduce mainly basic working principle of automobile brake system and the classification of the key components In the meantime,the paper analyzes the structure of the main actuators and power supply device.Secondly,the paper give a analyze on force model and the braking force distribution,at the same time,brake torque,the calculation method of braking efficiency factor and the parking capacity are analyzed theoretically.And then evaluate the braking system of vehicle in order to obtain theory evidence for supplier mold development.Finally,Through the establishment of a complete mathematical model and CATIA / MATLAB calculation program,the paper give a detail explanation on design and development of one domestic MPV breaking system.with the access of optimal design parameters are used for actual.With the study of this paper,it provides a method for predicting product performance in the initial product design stage.Meanwhile,it greatly save the product development cost and design cycle,and reduces the unnecessary product matching test.At the same time,the paper establish the braking system matching data model,which provided a case of guiding significance for braking system research and the design optimization. |
