In this paper,the research work is carried out with dynamic load fatigue analysis in a new car project.Using CAE method to simulate the durability test is the dynamic load fatigue analysis.Dynamic load fatigue analysis includes three stages: the first stage is the acquisition of road load,need 4 wheel force transducers,DC-type accelerometers,string pot type displacement transducers;the second stage is the dynamic load identification,transformation the measured wheel forces into internal component forces through the rigid-flexible coupling multi-body model in ADAMS software;the third stage is the fatigue life prediction,calculation of structural fatigue lifetime based on component forces and fatigue software.The research direction in this paper is dynamic load analysis,the existing three kinds of methods are: Fixed Body method,Virtual Iteration method and Free Body method.Based on the test data in the project and the results of simulation,demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods through the principle/modeling/results,and verify the correctness of the Free Body method.At the same time,according to the vehicle development project requirements,write down the vehicle Multi-body dynamics modeling steps and use the method of hexahedron flexible body model in the ADAMS software for the Rigid-Flexible Coupling model,prove the correct method to verify the validity of the model,solve the problem of submitting the calculation,achieve the menu submission and the automatic export RPC format function.This paper focus on:1.Consistency calculation with the test results through comparing Virtual Iteration method with Fixed Body method;2.Consistency calculation with the test results through comparing Fixed Body method with Free Body method;3.Effective methods for accuracy validation of the Multi-Body model.Finally,the results of this study will be applied to the project development process, and form written enterprise standard.
