As new energy vehicles and advanced driver assistance systems develop rapidly recent years,the regenerative braking of new energy vehicles and the advanced driver assistance systems such as adaptive cruise control and autonomous emergency braking have raised new requirements for the vehicle braking system.Therefore,developing an integrated electronically-controlled brake system with high reliability has become one of the important directions of automotive development.Based on the project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the design and research on the integrated electronically-controlled brake system for a sedan were accomplished in the thesis.Focusing on the key issues such as the design of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system and the actuator controller,the simulation model establishment,the parameter identification,the simulation analysis and hardware-in-the-loop tests,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Design the integrated electronically-controlled brake system for a sedan.Based on the summary and analysis of the typical configurations of electro-hydraulic brake systems,the configuration and working principles of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system were illustrated in the thesis.Besides,the structure of actuator controllers of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system was studied,and a three-loop controller of the brushless DC motor and a fuzzy PID controller of the pressure regulating valves were designed.(2)Establish the simulation platform of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system for a sedan.Based on the analysis of the models and the relationship between the components,the simulation model of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system was established in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment.The simulation of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system was completed with parameters of each module configured.(3)Identify the parameters of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system.Based on the hardware-in-the-loop test platform of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system,wheel cylinder response tests under different pressure conditions were completed.Based on the pressure data of the tests,the parameters of the braking circuit of front and rear axles were identified to improve the simulation model of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system.(4)Complete and analyze the simulation and experiments on the integrated electronically-controlled brake system for a sedan.The test platform of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system includes the software-in-the-loop simulation platform and the hardware-in-the-loop test platform.Based on the test platform,the simulation and hardware-in-the-loop tests under step condition and ABS typical working conditions were completed,which verified the effectiveness of the integrated electronically-controlled brake system and the actuator controller.
