Against the backdrop of deteriorating world environment,in order to reduce the emissions of marine diesel engines, international organizations have formulated and implemented more and more stringent emission regulations. While traditional mechanical fuel injection system has been unable to meet the requirements of emission regulations. The potential of common rail fuel injection technology, which improves the economy of diesel engine and reduces the pollutant emissions has been recognized widely.Electronically controlled injector is the focus of domestic research. The main work of this study is as followed:At first the mathematical model of injector is set up.The simulation model is also established, and the influence of the magnetic maximum, the coil current is analyzed. After simulation. When the number of the current turns is 60,the armature thickness is 3.5mm,the performance is excellent. Then the influence of the solenoid valve driving time, the size of the hole on the opening response characteristic and the shutdown characteristic of the injector is simulated.Simulation results show that when the driving time is 0.07 ms,the size of the inlet hole can affect the closing speed of the needle valve. And the size of out of the oil hole increases by 0.05 mm,the amount of fuel injection increased by 42mm3,the needle valve obviously changes the effective injection time, and it is obvious for the oil particle diameter and fuel injection rate by increasing the fuel pressure. Finally, through the Injector test bench, the consistency of the injector under different pressure is verified. It is found that when the injector pressure increases 1300 bar,oil breaking performance can be improved significantly,When the pressure is increased from 710 bar to 1500 bar,the initiation time is reduced by 0.5ms,the factors improving the oil-breaking performance are found, which is fuel pressure.
