With the rapid development of China's economy,increasing the scale of power grid,power transformer in the grid as a hub for the equipment,it carries on electric power secondary distribution and transformation of heavy tasks,has a pivotal position in the grid.For early discovery of transformer potential hidden danger,to reduce the economic consequences of the failure and transformer,transformer oil chromatographic fault diagnosis technology of ascension becomes very urgent.At present,there are many good methods and paths for transformer fault type analysis at home and abroad.In this paper,from the study of domestic and foreign transformer fault diagnosis method of oil chromatographic application status and development trend of technology for the diagnosis of introduces the principle and technical characteristics,and the production and the characteristic of gas dissolved in transformer oil is a concrete analysis.Of the failure of power transformer are introduced and several main types,it mainly includes the fault,local overheating and discharge be affected with damp be affected with damp,etc.,and connecting with the situation in the region to illustrate these failures.Widely used at home and abroad several kinds of power transformer fault diagnosis technology,oil chromatogram for example: the gas composition spectrum technology,the dissolved gas analysis in oil with expert system technology,artificial neural network technology,three ratio method,four ratio method and so on are introduced respectively,analyzed the diagnosis technique and its principle and advantages and disadvantages.This paper introduces the grey correlation diagnostic technique and the main factor diagnosis technique of transformer fault.With the good diagnostic performance of the grey correlation diagnostic technique,the diagnostic data can be compared with the standard data type,and the correlation degree is obtained.The higher the correlation,the greater the number.By using standard data to compare the grey degree,the fault range of transformer can be effectively improved.At the same time using power transformer fault diagnosis technology,the main factor can be all data features to simplify the difficulty,and obtain a large amount of information provided by the original variable,so as to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of variable data.Based on this,advances the main factors and the combination of grey correlation diagnosis technology,and is a combination of transformer faults diagnosis analysis,combination of diagnosis model was put forward.Finally,the three typical cases of the region were analyzed by using the combinatorial diagnostic technique of the main factor and the grey relation.The results of the relative fault type were calculated,and the result of the power failure of the transformer was more than that.Practice has proved that the proposed combination diagnostic technique can effectively improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and scope,to improve the secure and stable operation of the power transformer,has certain theoretical significance and practical value.
