Mobile power supply is widely used in vehicles,ships,aviation and other fields.The traditional mobile power supply usually adopts the electric excitation generator,but the efficiency of the electric excitation generator is low,and the excitation winding of the rotor is prone to burn,short circuit and other faults.The traditional electric excitation generator by adjusting the rotational speed of the prime mover to stabilize the frequency regulation of generator excitation to stable voltage,three-phase AC generator set output constant voltage and frequency,and then rectified into DC power for each part.Permanent magnet generator off solenoid winding,but also solves the problems caused by the excitation generator,but the output voltage of permanent magnet generator with load change,power is more difficult,it is difficult to meet the load demand for electricity,the amplitude of the output voltage is not controllable limits the application and development of permanent magnet synchronous generator in distributed power in some degree on.In this thesis,a permanent magnet generator type mobile power supply based on speed regulation of prime mover is proposed.It has abandoned the control method of voltage control and speed control of the separation of conventional generators,cancel the speed closed-loop link of the prime mover,eliminating the mechanical speed regulator and speed sensor,can realize the electrification of the mobile power supply,improve the response capability of the system,reduce the mobile power failure may improve its reliability.In this thesis,the permanent magnet generator for the mobile power supply is studied.The design of the motor,the simulation of the factors affecting the voltage regulation,and the control mode of the mobile power supply are studied in this thesis.Firstly,the scheme is designed,and the rationality of the design is verified by using Ansoft software.The voltage and current waveforms and the magnetic field distribution are obtained when the generator is in steady operation.Secondly,the inherent voltage regulation of permanent magnet generator were studied,based on the summary and comparative analysis on the results of previous studies on the improvement on the quadrature and direct axis reactance ratio relationship exists between the inherent voltage regulation by the simulation method.Finally,by using the analytic formula and simulation model of two kinds of methods,according to the inductive load output voltage and torque of the generator is studied,analysis and selection of different operating conditions of power factor of the data,get the impact load on the generator output voltage and torque.In the control aspect,this thesis will be the dual loop control technology into a single ring,it will become the permanent magnet DC AC generator,by adjusting the prime mover speed,stable DC voltage,the device output DC power can be directly used,different from the three alternating current electricity by electromagnetic interference,and single ring adjust the simplified voltage stabilized mode.The use of uncontrollable rectifier can meet the demand for rectification.Study on the effect of generator rectifier with power factor,output voltage and motor loss,found that the armature reaction has a certain degree of demagnetizing effect,the simulation results show that the output voltage of the generator experienced a significant decrease in distortion and small amplitude.By comparing the efficiency of the traditional mobile power supply,it can be concluded that the mobile power supply in this thesis has higher efficiency.
