With the increasing power demand of mobile power supply,diesel generator set,as the main mobile power equipment,has the advantages of small volume,simple operation method,easy control,common materials,good starting performance and high power quality.It is widely used in mobile power supply and other fields.Diesel generator is the core part of diesel generator set.Improving the electromagnetic performance of diesel generator is conducive to the longterm development of diesel generator set.At present,AC permanent magnet synchronous generator with rectifier load is often used for DC power supply.At the same time,due to the continuous increase of electrical equipment,diesel generator is developing towards dual power supply.In this thesis,a dual voltage output permanent magnet synchronous motor working under low voltage and high current has been designed.The research is mainly carried out from the following parts:Firstly,according to the performance index and technical requirements of dual voltage,low voltage and high current diesel generator,integrated the construction style and operating theory of the generator,the electromagnetism blue print of PMSM has been reserached.Including the principal dimension of the motor,the choice of specific load and magnetic load,the pole slot coordination of poles and slots directed at impedance matching characteristic,the scheme of double windings directed at the requirement of dual power supply,the determination of slot directed at low voltage demand,and the choice of suitable rotor structure according to the high current target and the safe reliability of the power generation system,in order to satisfy the performance demand of the system.Secondly,analyzed the 2d electromagnetic simulation results of the generator with the finite element software,and the performance indexes of the motor under no-load and load have been obtained.Established the simulation circuit of permanent magnet synchronous motor and three-phase non-control rectifier load with Maxwell and Simplorer software,especially analyzed the DC output of positive and negative power sides under the limit working state.On account of sharing a magnetic field between dual winding,the two load outputs meet the system performance requirements within a certain speed range at the same time need to be ensured.The efficiency nephogram of diesel generator in the full speed range has been analyzed to verify the rationality of generator design.Finally,the three-dimensional simulation model of diesel generator has been established,by means of processing simply of the generator model,meshing grid,determining boundary conditions,calculating the loss and heat generation rate,the cooling structure of diesel generator has been designed and analyzed based on the theory of fluid field mechanics.The temperature field and fluid field of the motor have been simulated,and fluid characteristic and temperature characteristic of different cooling water lanes have been contrasted.At the same time,the effects of different number of cooling water lanes,cooling water flow and cooling water inlet temperature on the cooling effect have been studied,which provides a reference basis for the design of motor cooling system.
