When the vehicle is running,the wheels are inevitably disturbed by the outside world.Especially in the car at high speed,through the broken road,such as road pits and bumps,and even hit the road surface.As the tire sidewall is thin,resulting in broken cord layer,and then change the local tire pressure,resulting in drum phenomenon.When the tire tire pressure is insufficient,the rim of the rim is easily deformed.Tire damage and unevenness of the rim will have a great impact on the vehicle's power and safety.Therefore,the study of the mechanical properties of the wheel under the impact of the road is particularly important.As the vehicle wheel impact test at high speed,the test personnel and test equipment easily hurt,but also requires a higher talent and financial resources.At the same time,because of the complexity of its material structure and the non-linearity of mechanical properties,it is difficult to systematically study it.With the improvement of finite element theory and method,and the improvement of computer performance,the tire finite element method has become more convenient and effective in the study of tire mechanics.In this paper,the finite element method is used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the wheel under the impact of the road surface,and the precision of the finite element model of the tire is verified by the low-speed test bench and the high-speed drum test bed.The impact of wheel speed on pavement bumps and tires is analyzed.The influence of different speed,load and tire pressure on the mechanical properties of the wheel is analyzed.Secondly,the mechanism of FTire tire model is introduced,and the mechanical properties of tire based on FTire model are identified and compared with the experimental results.Finally,the advantages of the tire finite element method and the FTire model are compared.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1,The background of the dynamic characteristics of the wheel,meaning and status quo.This paper briefly introduces several methods of studying the dynamic load of wheel at home and abroad,and introduces the advantages of finite element method to study the dynamic load of wheel.As well as the dynamic characteristics of the wheel on the vehicle dynamic and safety performance of the significance of the significance.2,Tire finite element method of the basic round.First introduced in detail the composition of the tire complex material structure,as well as the tire non-linear characteristics.The advantages of using the finite element method for the tire nonlinearity and the key models used in the tire finite element method are discussed.3,The establishment of wheel finite element model and the tire finite element model accuracy verification.The modeling method of tire finite element model is described in detail.The tire model composed of hexahedral element and the rim model of tetrahedral element are established,and the tire and rim are assembled.And the tire trenches were tested by the low-speed flat test bench and the high-speed drum test rigs were used to verify the accuracy of the tire model.4,Finite analysis of each wheel condition.Firstly,the impact bumps of the flat surface of the wheel are simulated,and the vertical force of the tire and the ground contact stress,the rim stress and the contact stress of the rim are analyzed.As well as the effects of different speed,load and tire pressure on tire mechanical properties and rim force.At the same time,the foundation test for tire strength test was simulated.At 40km/h speed,the analysis of tire impact on the 3rd square pit,the tire mechanical properties.And to change the load and tire pressure in the case of the study of changes in tire mechanical properties.5,Based on the FTire tire model of the impact test.This paper briefly introduces the mechanism of FTire tire model and the identification method.The results of FTire model identification and test results are compared and verified,and the accuracy of FTire model identification is verified.Finally,the dynamic characteristics of the wheel under the impact of the road are studied,and the advantages of the tire finite element model and the FTire model are compared and analyzed.
