With the rapid development of modern science and technology,people's life are more and more convenient while the environmental problems cannot be ignored.Hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)as the key to make the transition to battery electric vehicle has been accepted by lots of people due to its good fuel economy and low emission.Four-wheel drive plug-in hybrid electric vehicle have these advantages,besides it also has strong power performance.HEV also benefits from its function of regenerative braking.A car appears over-steering or under-steering When vehicle is driving,so this needs to coordinately control electric stability program(ESP)and regenerative braking so as to ensure the stability and recycle braking energy as much as possible.This paper combines with Natural Science Foundation of China and makes closely cooperation with China first automobile work group corporation technical center.The main content of this thesis as follows:1.The control system composition and operating principle of Plug-in HEV.According to the development status of HEV at home and abroad,research object combines with the structural characteristics and parameter matching to analyze the stability as well as reasonably distribute the regenerative braking force.2.About the establishment of the model.The vehicle dynamic model is built for system analysis and offline simulation.The 14 degrees of freedom vehicle dynamics model built in the thesis can meet a variety of working property of vehicle dynamics field in a variety of driving cycles.It verified the feasibility of vehicle stability algorithm in the first place,and on this basis optimize algorithm of distribution between regenerative and mechanical braking force.3.Research on the algorithm of regenerative braking and ESP.The optimal control strategy of vehicle engine adopt PID and the logic threshold control method.The stability control algorithm adopt fuzzy PID control method.The algorithm of the regenerativebraking distribution adopt logic threshold control method.Research on integrated control algorithm,according to the laws and regulations,the thesis completes the distribution of HEV front and rear axle.On the premise of stability and safety,the thesis worked out a distribution strategy between hydraulic braking and regenerative braking force,and verified its feasibility.4.Simulation verification of the system.Coordinated control system built in Matlab/Simulink combined with AMEsim to complete offline simulation in a variety of driving cycles.The simulations reveal that the algorithm of regenerative braking as well as ESP is not only feasible and effective,but also quite economical and applicable,so as to the algorithm of coordinated control system between regenerative braking and ESP.
