Energy and environment are two important factors that affect the development of a country. As a big automobile country, automobile is more serious for energy consumption and environment pollution, and the form is more severe. As a new green and pollution-free vehicle, electric vehicles are becoming more and more popular with the state and people. However, the short mileage of electric vehicles has become an important factor limiting its development. How to improve the mileage of electric vehicles is currently the research focus of the electric vehicle industry. There are mainly two ways to improve the mileage of electric vehicles at present:one is to increase the battery mileage by improving the battery;the other is to recover the braking energy through the automobile braking process, improve the utilization rate of energy and improve the mileage of the electric vehicle. In order to improve the energy recovery of the braking process of electric vehicles, this dissertation studies the distribution of braking force in the process of regenerative braking. The main work is as follows:(1)The dynamics of the electric vehicle braking process is analyzed, and the dynamic model of the electric vehicle is built.According to the ECE regulations and the ideal braking force distribution curve of electric vehicle, the proportion range of braking force distribution is obtained, and how to make electric braking as far as possible under different braking strength under the premise of ensuring safety is analyzed.Increase the energy recovery.(2)In the process of braking force distribution, the constraint condition of braking force is analyzed, and how to recover the braking energy as much as possible is discussed.A fuzzy control braking force distribution method based on adjustment coefficient is put forward, and a fuzzy controller is designed.(3)Through the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software, the electric vehicle model is built, and a variety of road cycle conditions are selected for simulation and experiment, and compared with the traditional regenerative braking control strategy. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the control strategy are verified by comparison between simulation and experiment.
