In the 21 st century,environmental protection and social sustainable development have become an urgent problem to be solved in our country.The efficient use of energy and resources play a vital role in the sustainable development of social-economy.Since the energy crisis has been formed,people have made all kinds of estimates and speculation on the reserves of petrochemical energy,such as oil,coal,natural gas and so on,and all the experts have come to the conclusion that fossil fuels will be exhausted.Now it was found by the experts that there is an effective way to achieve the efficient use of fuel: biomass forming fuel,which plays a significant role in the effective use and adjustment of energy,and also in solving the greenhouse effect.Based on the years of exploration and experience of the scholars in this area,it produces a small-scale straw biomass fuel boiler with a power of 10 kW,an average temperature of the combustion chamber in the furnace at 600 ~ 900 ?,burning biomass in rural straw in this paper.In recent years,a large number of straw in rural areas can not be disposed of,which just can be incinerated,resulting the environmental pollution and the energy waste.The experimental study was carried out to prepare the experimental equipment,and the thermal characteristics and emission characteristics of the straw biomass boiler were systematically studied.The numerical simulation of the combustion chamber in the furnace was carried out by CFD,and the combustion chamber was simulated.The design of the boiler is not only applicable to the use of greenhouse heating in rural greenhouses,but also can provide reference for the future development,transformation and actual operation of biomass-forming fuel boilers.The specific contents are as follows:(1)To do the relative experiments for the straw biomass particle burning and to analysis the data to get the low calorific value,industrial analysis value and so on.(2)The CFD software was used to simulate the combustion of the furnace in the biomass control boiler and to verify the reasonableness of the deduction.Through the necessary simplification and assumptions –meshing the computational area by unstructured grid generation technique and selecting the reasonable gas turbulent flow model,the gas turbulent combustion model,the radiation heat transfer model and the volatilization model to obtain and analyze the temperature field,velocity field and CO,NO,O2 and N2 concentration field of the combustion chamber and to deduced the ideal conditions according to the experimental situation.(3)Considering the combustion characteristic and the need of the market of the straw biomass,to produce a small biomass fuel boiler with a power of 10 kw,an average temperature of the combustion chamber in the furnace is 600 to 900 ° C and burning biomass in rural straw is necessary.In the condition of no changing of the structure,repeating and adjusting the different conditions are aim to explore the range of setting conditions.in this paper,the changes of conditions are refer to the speed of the first wind,and the secondary wind and the supplying of the fuel.in these basis,we do a lot of experiments.
