In recent years, under the support and encouragement of the government, some new energy sources such as the use of biomass fuels greatly alleviate the domestic and even world dependence on traditional energy sources, some enterprises also changed coal-fired boiler into biomass-fired boiler, in order to meet the national discharge standards for boiler.Through cooperation with enterprises, this paper built entity boiler, and thus to general small biomass boilers in optimizing operation problems encountered in the use of a comprehensive analysis, find out the correct and reasonable solution, which facilitates the big biomass boiler renovation and extension to provide feasible scheme.This article is in view of the biomass boiler optimizing operation experiments, including on the biomass forming briquette boiler design and modification, based on the characteristics of biomass burning biomass boiler for ever encountered technical difficulties, the structure of hot blast stove for overall design, including using the arch design delay fire, in order to achieve the design of the feeding mechanism and the amount of fuel control, etc.;In addition, in view of the problems encountered during boiler commissioning to local optimization correction built entity boiler, the boiler cold dynamic field experiment was carried out, and by adjusting the fuel layer height, fuel moisture content and the primary and secondary wind matching, and a series of parameters for the combustion adjustment test, and to achieve the best combustion conditions, so as to meet the normal production of the factory.Finally, in consideration of the boiler in the industrial production the commonly encountered low coefficient of heat transfer between heat exchanger in the flue gas and air, boiler experience the problems of loss and even burn due to high temperature, to burn the biomass briquette hot-blast boiler temperature field numerical simulation of heat exchanger, choose a reasonable grid system, get the boiler temperature field distribution of the heat exchanger.Throug h the analysis of temperature field, to provide the basis for hot blast boiler heat exchanger structure design improvement.This article not only provides a solution of biomass stove structure transformation, but also for hot-blast boiler has the vital significance in debugging.
