The rapid development of economy led to the explosive growth of motor vehicles,traffic jam has become a common urban problem in China.Compared with sedan car,the bus has the advantages of small per capita road occupation and small per capita energy consumption.Guiding residents to choose public transit to travel has positive significance on easing traffic congestion.China is actively implementing the "public transport priority" development policy,and setting up the bus lane is a quick and effective way.In this paper,based on the background of the conventional public transportation,the problem of the layout optimization of the bus lane is studied.The flow velocity is an important index of road network performance.This paper briefly introduces the layout method of bus lanes,and analyzes the factors that affect the passage time.The bus proportional variable is introduced to establish the velocity model of social vehicles and public transport vehicles before the establishment of bus lane.Considering the interaction between saturations of social vehicles and public transport vehicles,the velocity model of social vehicles and public transport vehicles after the establishment of bus lane is established.Through the traffic survey data,the parameters of the model are fitted and calibrated,and the practical significance of the model is verified.By comparing the change trend of the speed of social vehicles and public transport vehicles before and after the establishment of bus lane,this paper analyzes the influence of the setting of bus lanes on the vehicle operation.The passenger flow distribution model of social vehicles and public transport vehicles was established.Under the certain condition of road network,this paper deals with the problem of the optimization of the bus lane layout in the central city from the perspective of the time efficiency of the whole road network by the distribution of social vehicles and public transport vehicles.When road network total transit time reach the minimum,the scheme is the best layout scheme of bus lane in central city.This paper summarizes the restrictive conditions of the single section bus lanes,and provides the basis for the establishment of a bus lane in a road network.This paper selected Tong Hua county as the empirical analysis,and obtained model parameters and the network traffic data through the investigation.After designing the solving process,the case network data was applied to the bus lane layout optimization model,and Used Matlab to solve programming model of genetic algorithm.When the genetic algorithm has the best solution,outputting the bus lane layout scheme corresponding to the minimum value of objective function.The effectiveness and practicability of the model is verified by comparing the evaluation indexes of the original road network and the road network after the establishment of bus lane.
