Thisintelligent traffic management system can effectively improve traffic condition.This first part is based on51microcontroller, a three-point capacitance oscillatory circuitis applied in the traffic load detecting circuit, external interrupt obtain the inducted pulse byburning in a series of specially designed program. When the difference of the two directions’traffic flow remains within a certain value, the traffic lights just work in its fixed pattern withunchanged countdown time. When the difference exceed the value, the direction with biggertraffic flow should have its green light prolonged, the other have its green light shortened.When one direction has no vehicles at all, the other direction’s green light should be kept onfor the whole time, thus to improve the traffic condition. Approved by the experiment, thisdesign is able to detect traffic flow as well as adjust the traffic lights.The second part go the coordination allocation of horizontal way problem and phase shiftparameter design problem to put forward effective calculate way towards crossing a people’ssignal beacon and others.
