In recent years,with the progress of science and technology,power electronics technology and device manufacturing process has been greatly improved,and it is applied to all areas of life,such as military industry,civil industry,aviation and aerospace,electrostatic precipitator,medical treatment and so on.In this paper,based on the basic principle of high voltage resonant converter,the main circuit topology,switching mode,hardware design and control strategy are discussed in detail.Firstly,based on the principle of fundamental approximation,we can established the mathematical model of LCC resonant converter,and analyzed the voltage transmission characteristic of resonant converter.Finally,the working process of each mode in CCM and DCM mode is analyzed under the frequency conversion control strategy,Through the modeling and analysis of the resonant converter,the resonant converter has a deeper understanding.Secondly,a joint simulation model of LCC resonant converter is built in MATLAB and Psim simulation software.The main circuit part is built in Psim simulation environment,and the control part of the system is built in MATLAB.After that this paper is mainly studied the choice of voltage regulation,system boot,load shedding and other transient process and the system power device soft switch to achieve the situation.The feasibility and superiority of the control strategy and the voltage regulation method are verified by simulation.At last,the hardware platform is introduced and the software program is designed.The hardware part includes the main circuit,sampling circuit,driving circuit and transformer.The software part mainly includes the control program and the algorithm,and realizes the stable and efficient operation of the inverter under the closed-loop control system.Finally,some experiments are performed on system loading,load shedding,start and overvoltage protection.The correctness of the design method and the theory is verified by experiments.
