The Barrier-free Interior Design Research Of Apartment For The Aged

The aging of population is one of the most important problems in our country.It attaches great importance to the problem of social aging.At present,there are three kinds of pension mode in our country,the first one is the institutional pension model,the other is the family based pension model.The three is the old age pension mode.The old apartment pension mode is a new pension model,which combines the advantages of home based pension model and institutional pension model.This new pension model is more in line with the needs of China’s national conditions.In this paper,the elderly as the object of study,analysis of its physiological and psychological particularity,summed up the psychological needs of the elderly and physiological needs.And finishing-and analysis of the case of the elderly apartment community,as the reference of the design case study.At the same time,this paper focuses on the research of barrier free design,and studies the application of barrier free design in the interior design of the old apartment.According to the Bin Hu branch of An Hui Provincial Hospital elderly apartment design as an example,combined with the characteristics of the elderly psychology and physiology,discussed in the design of apartments for the-elderly indoor environment,how to provide for the elderly optimization measures is more comfortable and convenient living in apartments for the elderly to provide users a safe and happy life for the elderly.
