Research On Interior Design Of Senior Apartment Under The Mode Of "Group Support For The Aged"

Under the background of China’s rapid economic development,aging of population is becoming increasingly serious,people’s material,cultural and spiritual needs for the pension environment are increasing day by day,the concept of pension is changing constantly,and the country is actively responding to the aging society and vigorously supporting the pension industry,many new pension practices have emerged in China.It provides a new impetus and direction to actively respond to the aging society and meet the needs of the people for the elderly.Paper to the problem of the aging is more and more serious in our country,the traditional pension model is difficult to effectively solve the social background,through the study of relevant literature,endowment apartment space design for domestic and foreign outstanding typical case analysis,put forward "native endowment patterns and elderly apartment is a typical pension institution combining space design research.Firstly,the paper starts with the basic concept of "group endowment" mode and the apartment for the elderly,and puts forward the spatial design strategy of the apartment for the elderly under the "group endowment" mode by analyzing the needs of the elderly and the communication characteristics of the elderly group.It provides a new development direction for the design and construction of the apartment for the elderly.Through the concrete case practice of the interior design of the apartment for the elderly under the mode of "group endowment",it provides a theoretical supplement for the theoretical research of "group endowment".Thus promote the development of China’s pension industry,improve the quality of China’s elderly care.Inject new development direction for traditional pension institutions.This paper takes the interior design of apartment for the aged under the mode of "group endowment" as the research object.This paper analyzes and summarizes the demand of "group endowment" model for the space design of apartment for the elderly.Secondly,through the analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad,the spatial design strategy of the apartment for the elderly is summarized,and new ideas for the spatial design of the apartment for the elderly are explored.To verify the feasibility of the interior space design of the elderly apartment under the "group endowment" mode,show the design process report of the case,and finally test and improve the interior space design of the elderly apartment under the group endowment mode through the practical case of the design project of the elderly apartment under the group endowment mode at the foot of shijiazhuang city.
