Landscape Design Of Fuzhou Jingdian Lake Stormwater Regulation And Storage Park

The lake is an important part of the urban water body,and its function of regulating the river flood in the flood control and urban drainage system plays an important role.In the wave of development and construction of the stormwater management and Sponge City,urban lakes as flood storage and detention areas can also meet the residents'recreation function thereby as a comprehensive park.This has special strategic significance in integrated river basin management,urban area planning and Sponge City planning.The thesis takes Fuzhou Jingdian Lake Stormwater Regulation and Storage Park as the research object and takes the theories and methods of the rain flood storage and Flood storage area as the fundamental basis.Then analyzes the storage capacity of the lake and flood submerging range scope of flood under different recurrence period and explore the principles and methods of creating a comprehensive park with recreational function by using urban flood storage area under the premise of the master planning.This thesis first analyzes the impact of urbanization process,extreme weather and other factors of urban flooding problems.And comprehends the idea of using the urban flood storage area to adjust upstream flood storage and detention and peak regulation to alleviate the flood disaster in downstream under the background of urban flood control and Sponge City.In addition,providing recreational space is the inherent attributes of the public park.In this way,the thesis proposes to make urban flood storage area into a comprehensive park to meet the function of regulating and reserving stormwater and providing entertainment space at the same time.Secondly analyzes progress and related cases of research on stormwater regulation and storage in China and abroad and explores the planning and design methods that are suitable for the study.Finally,takes Fuzhou Jingdian Lake as a design practice,analyzes and solves the problems of meeting the function of storaging stormwater and entertainment.Then accomplishs the design of the overall layout,zoning,vertical,waters,roads,vegetation and local nodes of the site and summarizes and prospects the final outcome and application value of the paper.
