| In the process of urbanization,the erection of tall buildings and the construction of hard roads have also caused the hardening rate continues to increase,the rainwater infiltration rate continues to decrease,and the realization of the urban green space rate index cannot keep up with the pace of urban construction,resulting in the city has serious rain and flood problems during the rainy season.Confluence of rain and sewage not only causes the waste of rainwater resources,but also causes pollution of the water environment.It is imperative to solve and handle the rainwater problem.Urban parks have large areas of green space and water bodies,which can be used as natural storage and sites that make use of rainwater.However,how to adjust and store rainwater in the urban rainwater pipeline network to relieve its pressure and reduce the occurrence of urban floods remains to be explored.As a result,our country put forward the concept of "sponge city" construction,and urban rainwater parks,which have the function of regulating and storing rainwater,also came into being.Taking these as an opportunity,this paper first sorts out the related concepts of foreign governance and utilization of rainwater,and explores the theoretical origin of the concept of sponge cities in my country.Secondly,learn from the excellent construction cases of rainwater parks at home and abroad,summarize the design strategies that can be used for reference in the project practice.Guided by the concept of my country’s "sponge city",the design method and strategy of urban stormwater parks that can not only store rainwater in the urban rainwater pipe network,but also store runoff around the park and its own rainwater,are proposed.Finally,take New City stormwater park of Xixian New Area as an example to carry out landscape design,and strive to expand the rainwater management method of Xixian New Area from the field of landscape architecture to promote the sustainable development of the city.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:1)Guided by the concept of "sponge city",the stormwater park should have the multi-functionality of rainwater regulation and storage,the coordination and adaptability with surrounding communities,as well as the ecological sponge nature of the rainwater system.The specific design method is: adapt measures to local conditions,hierarchical flood control;multi-level simultaneous implementation to purify rainwater;rainwater quantification,internal and external balance.Use the concept of sponge city flexibly to create an urban rainwater park that focuses on rainwater regulation and storage,and combines cultural science,ecological sightseeing,sports and leisure and other multi-functional urban rainwater parks.Extend the functions of ordinary parks and realize the symbiosis of rainwater resources,human activities and urban development.2)In the design process of the stormwater park,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the rainwater in the surrounding rainwater pipe network and the rainwater runoff in the park itself,and make full use of low-impact development facilities to construct a rainwater regulation and storage system.For the rainwater in the external rainwater pipe network,the location of the inlet and outlet of the rainwater pipe network shall be clarified,the rainwater wetland shall be used,and the order of purification and storage shall be front pond-swamp area-storage area.When dealing with internal rainwater,sort out the elevation of the park and the type of land use,and organize and arrange low-impact development facilities of different technical types on the site.The artificial stream is used as the terminal storage facility in the lower-lying area,and its rainwater flows to the landscape lake along the way.The external rainwater treatment system is connected with the internal rainwater treatment system to jointly create an artificial wetland landscape.3)When designing the park’s rainwater system,it is necessary to use calculation methods such as volume method and flow method to evaluate and test the park’s regulation and storage capacity,that is,the regulation and storage capacity of the designed sponge facilities should be greater than the park’s own rainwater runoff and the discharge of the rainwater pipe network.It should also have a certain capacity for regulation and storage of rainwater runoff in the entire catchment area.Set up different treatment facilities for rainwater from different sources in the park to control rainwater pollution. |
