In most of the winter in the north of China have different level of snow,The concrete pavement in snow and ice bring a serious of adverse effects in the road traffic and safety.At present,The Snow-melting agent give rise to pavement corrosion and environmental pollution,Snow-melting of machinery method won't removal snow completely and damaged pavement.Snow-melting by Thermal fluid technology have initiative,Environmental protection,Efficient technology.Although the snow melting heat load and melting rate has more in-depth research of thermal snow melting technology in our country,But the study of force of the pipe is not yet perfect.Aiming at the domestic snow-melting technology in this article,Author analysis and introduction the theory about snow-melting by Thermal fluid technology,Snow melt and the heat transfer fluid system of the pipe material selection and configuration form of pipeline design and then i was selected the pipe material selection and design for decorate form,Analyzed the stress of three important factors affecting pipeline: Pipe spacing?The depth and diameter;The article also for piping stress analysis theory;At last,Analysis of the three important factors influencing the pipeline structural stress and thermal stress for simulation analysis.through the finite-element software,Analysis by orthogonal experimental design method to arrange simulation combination,Explore the three significant effects of stress,The article go deep into the factor about pipeline structural stress and thermal stress obvious significance.At the same time analysis in input harmonic response of the pipe vibration frequency sensitive area and the stress distribution of the pipeline under random vibration simulation on the road.Through the analysis of the data processing,The results show that: The pipe spacing has a significant effect on the structure stress and Under the same buried depth and pipe diameter,The relationship between structure stress and tube space is Exponential growth.The pipe diameter and space on the heat-structural stress has a significant effect and under the same buried depth and pipe diameter,Hot-structural stress and tube spacing is exponential relationship;Under the same buried depth of pipe and tube spacing,Hot-structural stress and tube spacing is a linear negative correlation?Through the harmonic response analysis,We can draw a conclusion: Snow melting system of U type pipe in about 3520 Hz frequency under the external excitation of violent vibration;Pipeline thermal stress in the 3-? to 3? internal stress value is far less than the material yield strength By random vibration analysis.So on the structure,Optimum tube spacing value range10100 ?mm;Pipe diameter should not exceed maximum 65mm;Buried depth of the tube560 ?mm.
