With the rapid development of economic and continuously improved of people's living standards,the difference between peak load of power systems leads to the imbalance of supply and demand in power system.The relevant departments of national electrical power system have to invest a lot of manpower and resources to shift the load,but simply rely on expanding the scale of investment to increase capacity or simply upgrade for the expansion of transmission and distribution lines,not only costly,but also low capacity utilization.With the development of energy storage system technology,the application of energy storage system to deal with peak shaving has become popular.However,due to the high cost of the energy storage system,the economic analysis is a problem that can not be ignored.Meanwhile,for individual users,although commercial peak shaving system has been relatively mature in foreign countries,but due to the late start,and its related research is still in its infancy in our country.Based on the challenges mentioned above,this paper takes the user's power load as the research object,and studies the scheduling problem of the battery energy storage system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the existing experimental platform of battery energy storage system,the paper designs a set of solutions for user's power consumption,including the load forecasting algorithm and peak shaving algorithm,the software architecture and design flow of the system are described.The scheme has been verified on the hardware platform of the battery energy storage system.At present,it has been applied in practical commercial scene.Next,to maximize the comprehensive profit to users,according to the existing charging system of electric power market,introducing accurate battery energy loss model,combined with the electricity consumption habits of the user and the actual situation of the constraints of the battery energy storage system,considering the user's comprehensive profit,constructing a nonlinear optimization problem.At the same time,with the existing charging cycle,a set of optimization strategy framework is put forward,and the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is proved by experiments.Finally,under the premise of ensuring user's profit,to reduce the power fluctuation of the power grid,a two stage optimization problem is proposed for the existing battery energy storage system.The first stage of the optimization problem is a linear programming problem,and the second stage of the optimization problem is a mixed integer quadratic programming problem.Through the optimization of the two phases,this model can provide auxiliary service for reducing the fluctuation of electric power load in the case that the user's profit is not affected,and the significance of this optimization problem was verified through experiments,providing a possibility of the battery energy storage system serving the user and the power grid at the same time.
