High voltage circuit breaker is the most important component of the high voltage electricity equipment which is responsible for transmission and transformation,it is designed for charging high voltage circuit including opening and closing.Operating mechanism is the core control equipment in the circuit breaker which provides the power to the circuit breaker work,the quality of the operating mechanism will directly affect the performance of the power equipment.This hydraulic spring mechanism,comparing with the other type operating mechanism,has the advantages on the high operating power and the small size.In this paper,actual structure of the high voltage circuit breaker is introduced.To make the operator fit the requirement of the electric power system,its hydraulic operation mechanism is analyzed.And the mathematical model of the openning operation is established,the velocity-time curve has been obtained and the effect of paramaters is analyzed.First,the accumulator module,the exection module,the control module,the power module,the buffer module and the security module are studied,besed on the working principle and the design purpose,characteristics of these modules are analyzed.Besides,the hydraulic operation mechanism is introduced.Second,the accumulator module and the control module are stuided.The mathematical model of the accumulator is established.Besides,the motion time of the control module is calculated,and the effect of paramaters is analyzed.Third,the openning operation is stuided.The mathematical models of the openning operation and the buffer module are established by the principle of Newton second theorem and the flow theorem.At last,the system diagram of the openning operation is established with simulink.The dynamic characteristic curves are has been obtained and the effects of key parameters have been studied.Besides,the curve suitting for the design requirement has been obtained.
