The high-voltage circuit breaker is composed of an operating mechanism and an interrupting element.It occupies an important position in the power grid system and is one of the most important complex power equipment.The operating mechanism controls the execution of the opening and closing action of the circuit breaker,and its performance not only determines the effect of the opening and closing of the circuit breaker,but also the reliability and safety of the entire transmission and transformation system It also plays a key role.Therefore,it is of great significance to the research and analysis of operating mechanism.First,Based on the analysis of the working principles and key structures of some typical hydraulic operating mechanisms at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the independently developed hydraulic control valve for high-voltage circuit breakers and the redesigned hydraulic drive system.The control valve is similar to the cartridge valve structure.Under the system pressure of 27MPa,the spool simulation opening and closing times are 2.2ms and 2.1ms respectively,and the opening and closing flow areas are 473mm2 and 425mm2,respectively.It has the characteristics of fast,no leakage and large flow.Secondly,Aiming at the problems of accumulator leakage that are difficult to detect and difficult to detect in hydraulic operating mechanisms that use bladder-type accumulators,the paper proposes a set of bladder-type accumulator leaks based on Boyle’s law Gas detection system,and carried out simulation and experimental verification.It solves the problem that the long-term reliability of the energy storage of this type of hydraulic operating mechanism is poor compared to the bulky hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism,which provides a guarantee for the industrial application of this type of operating mechanism.Finally,the thesis theoretically analyzes the developed drive system consisting of accumulator,control valve system,pipeline,hydraulic cylinder and buffer device,With the help of Amesim hydraulic system simulation software,the dynamic response characteristics of the control valve are analyzed and the overall joint simulation model is established.Through the prototype test,the rationality of the opening and closing simulation model and simulation calculation results is verified.Furthermore,through computer simulation,the effects of hydraulic cylinder mechanism parameters,buffer device parameters,control valve opening,governor valve opening,and system pressure on the dynamic characteristics of the operating mechanism were further studied,and the key parameters of the system were theoretically optimized.The research results of this paper provide a new solution for the hydraulic drive system of the operating mechanism in the future,and provide a theoretical method and data basis for system optimization and improvement.
