Now more and more people begin to have their own cars with the living standards being improved gradually.but the followed car security issues have drawn greater attention.People are increasingly concerned about the car crash test results after the implementation of China's C-NCAP.Automotive research researchers to enhance the safety design and improvement of the car seat to fully protect the safety of personnel.The automotive seat is a key part of the whole vehicle safety.It is in direct contact with the occupants and provides protection.Analysis of seat cushion stiffness on the impact of human health can better improve the matching system matching.This paper is based on the current situation of passive safety research at home and abroad.Passenger damage at driver side is studied in accordance with 2015 C-NCAP star rating rules.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduces the background and significance of the study.On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures,the structure and safety of the seat structure are introduced.The evaluation criteria of the occupant damage in the vehicle collision and the car head-on crash test regulations are expounded in detail.Meanwhile a related statement on 2015 C-NCAP procedures is made.(2)Build the car driver constrained system simulation model are established by means of MADYMO software based on the theory of multi-body dynamics theory.The occupant damage parameters include head acceleration,chest compression and neck axial force and bending moment curve are get.The simulation results are compared with the actual vehicle collision test results.The simulation results are in good agreement with the results of the collision test.The error is within 15% and the curve fitting degree is more than 85%.The simulation model is considered to be effective.(3)The parameterized study of the occupant restraint system is carried out by using the validated model.Three design parameters include the cushion stiffness,seat belt rigidity and seat cushion inclination are selected.According to the MADYMO software output results,the various parts of the occupant damage due to the parameters is analyzed.(4)Optimize the system parameters,and score the damage model,improved the seat safety performance.By means of orthogonal experimental design arrangement method,according to the occupant restraint system frame stiffness,seat belts,ribbon,cushion,cushion Angle stiffness on the four parameters sensitivity analysis,it is concluded that the various parameters on the crew and primary and secondary order of their damage effects and the optimal combination,and based on the 2015 version of the C-NCAP rating procedures will be the improved model,compared with the model of score before analysis,put forward the Suggestions to improve the seat stiffness and methods.
