The paper is based on the magnetic suspension feed platform as a background,and research on controllable excitation linear synchronous motor applied to magnetic suspension feed platform and servo system thereof under the help of the National Natural Science Foundation project which is titled " the operating mechanism and control strategy of the magnetic levitation feed platform of the controllable excitation linear synchronous motor(Project No.51575363)".The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Establishment of mathematical model for controllable excitation linear synchronous motor.Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the controllable field linear synchronous motor,the equation of motion and the electromagnetic force equation of the motor are deduced.And combined with the voltage equation and flux linkage equation of the controllable field linear synchronous motor in the d-q axis coordinate,the mathematical model of controllable excitation linear synchronous motor is established.2.Finite element analysis of controllable excitation linear synchronous motor.Using finite element analysis software Ansoft on the motor simulation analysis,the motor structure of the driving element of the magnetic suspension feed platform is selected by comparing the electromagnetic force fluctuation,the air gap flux density and the back electromotive force of the two different configurations of salient pole and non salient pole.3.Design of H? robust controller of disturbance suppression for controllable field linear synchronous motor.Based on the mathematical model of the linear servo motor servo system,the suppression of the system and the tracking problem of the disturbance signal are transformed into the standard H? problem,and the disturbance control H? robust controller is designed to realize the system to suppress the external disturbance of uncertainty.Finally,the simulation experiment of controllable field linear synchronous motor servo system under H? robust control is simulated by Matlab software.4.Design of disturbance observer for controllable excitation linear synchronous motor.Due to the uncertainty of the disturbance in the system and is not easy to get directly,a disturbance observer is designed to observe disturbance.And the equivalent interference value estimated by the observer is used as compensation signal to feed forward the compensation to eliminate the influence of external disturbance.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the designed disturbance observer are verified by simulation.
