With the continuous development of the global economy and the process of social modernization, the reserves of energy resources, which are mainly based on fossil fuels,are decreasing rapidly all over the world. As China's economic develop rapidly, the high energy consumption and energy shortage are the realistic issues that China faces. Faced with the above problems, all countries in the world are actively using renewable new energy sources, so as to realize the sustainable development of energy industry. Renewable resources, having an important position in the national long-term energy strategy, have been paid more and more attention because of their remarkable effects on energy saving and environmental protection. Saving resources and environmental protection has been made as a China's basic national policy, therefore, the industries of solar energy and wind energy are steadily developing under the strong support of the country' policy.Although the application technology of new energy becoming mature, with lower production costs, it started to apply to vehicles relatively late, especially the research of application used on ships related to energy conversion. In recent years, in the field of researching application of new energy on ships, the researchers focus on yacht and large ship, with key technical problems waiting for the final solution. This paper, taking Hainan Marine fishing boats reality as the research background, which is one of the biggest piscatorial provinces in China, focuses on technological improvement and sustainable development of modern fisheries, therefore, the application of wind-solar complementary generation system on marine fishing vessel is a research direction which worth to further ponder.Based on an analysis of fishing vessels and the energy consumption in Hainan province,we may draw a conclusion that the wind-solar complementary generation system can widely used in marine fishing vessels. By using photovoltaic power generation technology and wind power generation technology as the basis, combined with its technical principle, composition structure and key technologies, the article puts forward a feasible plan and key points of design of using the wind-solar complementary generation system on fishing boat as auxiliary power supply systems. Then, the article analyses the solar energy and wind energy resources in the fishing area of Hainan province, set up the matching principle of load, photovoltaic system, main components of wind motor and battery. Based on the structure characteristics of selected Hainan traditional wooden fishing boat, making use of the effective space of fishing boats installing solar photovoltaic array to maximize, this article designs the photovoltaic array bracket structure of fishing boats to guarantee its safe and reliable performance. Besides, in this paper, a security control scheme suitable for fishing boats wind-light complementary system has been put forward.At last, PVsyst is used to carry out a simulation analysis on photovoltaic power generation system of the fishing boats.This paper has been summarized the key points of the feasible design process, the configuration of electrical power generating system, the hardware selection and the installation method of photovoltaic array that to arrange it to reasonable maximization.The above - mentioned conclusions are proposed to realize the goal that providing power to non - dynamic production equipment, refrigeration equipment and domestic appliance only relies on this equipment, during the period of sailing and, berthing,without starting the subsidiary generator. And the rationality of application scheme of simulation, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system, to provide technical support for further research.The design of the system provides the technical support for the extensive use of solar energy and wind energy resources in Hainan Province, and it also ensures the safety and economy of fishing operations. To promote the application of new energy in Hainan fishery,to reduce the pollution of fishery in Hainan Province, to promote the integration of advanced technology and traditional fishery, and to provide a feasible application scheme.
