With the development of the global shipping industry and the water traffic becoming heavier day by day,the ship automatic identification system technology replace the radar and occupy almost all the market of the water navigation gradually.The AIS system collects the surrounding ships’ broadcast message automatically and extracts the dynamic and static information of the ships in real time,to achieve the purpose of grasp the ships navigation at anytime.In the domestic,lack of the depth research on the software,hardware and the indigenous intellectual property rights of the AIS technology,and the equipment is dependent on imports mostly,so that it may cause the ships’ information leakage.Above all,it is imperative to research on the AIS technology.AIS is more suitable for running on embedded devices which have the characteristics of flexibility,because of the limit of the actual operating space,the power adapter and the functional requirements.In view of the situation above,the subject combine the advantages of embedded technology equipment with AIS to design and develop a software system.The main research on the subject includes of system information interpretation,establishing the ship collision avoidance model,the calculation of the collision hazard parameter,interactive interface design and the code transplantation,etc.Firstly,analyzing the type and format of the AIS information,then go into details of AIS code text analysis,and makes the system can complete the cache on the document of code,classification,decoding,transmission and display a series of processing,and according to the actual demand independence shows the ship’s dynamic information and static information.Secondly,in order to make this system can realize the alarm and auxiliary function of collision avoidance,the subject study of ship collision avoidance and collision process,the model of ship collision avoidance,and the evaluation of TCPA and DCPA which are the two important parameters of the risk of the ship collision.Finally,it is the design of the overall framework and function of the system.Using Qt Creator and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 which are installed in computer to make the interaction interface design and the codes development to implement information parsing and the calculation of the collision parameters and then develop a complete application.Through VxWorks embedded operating system and the linkage of the Qt program,the program will develop transplanted into the theembedded devices which are based on ARM architecture,to make the AIS system is able to run on embedded devices independently and complete the functions of ships collision,reading the shipping information and predicting the collision,etc.
