Industrial furnace is widely used in the hot working equipment in industrial production,the furnace temperature uniformity is directly related to the quality of products and the key to ensure product performance.It also have significant influences on the environment,production cost and competitiveness of the company indirectly.Therefore,people pay more and more attentions on the research of industrial furnace temperature uniformity.This subject first analyzes the influence factors of industrial furnace temperature uniformity from two aspects.One is design of the furnace body,another is electric control system.The opinions to improve some influence factors are put forward.Heating element,the structure of the furnace lining,circulation fan,measuring system,the control parameters,selection of heating source works,furnace pressure,selection of measurement points and compensation,etc will affect the furnace temperature uniformity.For different industrial furnaces,influence factors are different.So,in the actual furnace temperature tests,we should analyze its main influencing factors basing on each of the specific conditions of the industrial furnace,and then take measures to adjust,in order to achieve satisfactory result of furnace temperature control.And then do the experimental study of denitration catalyst drying furnace which is developed by DANYANG HENGTAI ELECTRIC CO.,LTD..Through the analysis of experimental data,this paper studies the denitration catalyst drying furnace structure on the influence of furnace temperature uniformity.The conclusion that the temperature rise rate of the denitration catalyst drying furnace which is developed by DANYANG HENGTAI ELECTRIC CO.,LTD.can not meet the requirement of the technical indicators is obtained by calculation.Through the analysis of baking furnace energy supply and combustion chamber structure,we determine that the combustion chamber structure exists problems and needs to be improved.After improving the structure of the combustion chamber,we repeate the experiment and calculation,and learn that the temperature rise rate can meet the requirements of technical indicators.So,furnace temperature uniformity is able to guarantee.Finally,establish the mathematical model of drying room of the improved structure denitration catalyst drying furnace.Based on the theory of CFD and the FLUENT software,the physical model of drying chamber is established and meshed.Then comput the model after setting the parameter and solver of drying room simulation model.The simulation results show that thermal insulation in half an hour can meet the requirements of furnace temperature uniformity of technical indicators.Through monitoring the temperature of measuring point to the simulation model,emphatically analyze the arrangement of measuring points to characterize the effect of the furnace temperature uniformity,the temperature measuring points whic reflect the change of catalyst temperature are found out.
