Green energy-saving,light high strength is the future trend of building development.Cold-formed thin-walled steel and foam concrete are environmentally friendly,energy-saving materials,so the cold-formed thin-walled steel mesh skeleton system and cast-in-place foam concrete composition board.Foam concrete and cold-formed thin-walled steel special material,making the composite slab than the traditional concrete slab more light,with good insulation sound insulation effect.But the foam concrete in the material properties and ordinary concrete there is a certain difference,for the scientific understanding of light steel-foam concrete one-way plate characteristics and bearing capacity.Based on the data analysis and numerical simulation of two test plates,the calculation method of the ultimate load-carrying capacity and the stiffness of the steel-light-aggregate concrete composite beam is calculated and calculated.First of all,the two composite plate static load test,the recording plate of the force process and damage patterns.The test results show that the composite plate has considerable bearing capacity and good ductility.The experimental data were analyzed and analyzed,and the variation law of load-deflection curve,load-strain curve and strain along section height was sorted out.Secondly,numerical simulation is also an effective method to analyze the force characteristics of concrete members.The numerical model was established by finite element software,and the nonlinear analysis was carried out.At the same time,consider the cross-section analysis method to analyze the board,in the data processing software in the preparation of procedures,given the bending moment-curvature curve.And on this basis,the load-deflection curve is calculated from the bending moment section method in structural mechanics.The results of finite element analysis and cross-section analysis are compared with the experimental results,and the rationality of the numerical simulation method is verified.Finally,the formula of elastic ultimate bearing capacity and plastic bending ultimate bearing capacity of unidirectional plate under positive moment is given by using elastic plate theory,converted section method and simplified plasticity theory.The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results and the simulation results.The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental conditions.In addition,the formulas and specifications given the different stiffness of the calculation formula,the plate deflection calculation,and the results of the test results.
