In the concrete floor,reinforced concrete slab as structure layer,leveling layer and surface layer as building structural layer.In the structure design,structure layer as the stress component for all surface load.However,the existence of building structure improves the bending bearing capacity of the plate.However,according to the current "design code" design,the beneficial effects of the bending capacity are not included.In this paper,through the static loading test and finite element analysis,the cast-in-place concrete slab and the laminated plates with different floor layers were studied,the bearing capacity(failure mode,crack,deflection,bearing capacity)and mechanical mechanism were analyzed.Main work includes:1.A large number of domestic and foreign literatures related to the laminated member were consulted,and the research status at home and abroad was introduced.2.Through the comparison test of three groups of plates(the first group is 80mm,100mm and 120mm thick pure concrete plate;The second group is three groups of concrete plates with 80 Millimeter concrete floor,30 Millimeter thick mortar and 10 Millimeter thick ceramic tile.The third group is three groups of concrete plates with 80 Millimeter concrete floor,20 Millimeter thick mortar and 20 Millimeter thick concrete.)studying and analyzing the failure mode,crack,deflection,bearing capacity and mechanical properties.The test shows that the stiffness and the bearing capacity of the concrete slab with composite ceramic tile surface and concrete face are obviously improved.3.Finite element analysis software called ABAQUS is used to simulate the two groups of composite components and a set of cast in.place concrete component.Calculated results show that the results of the finite element nonlinear simulation are in agreement with the experimental results.The results of static load test and finite element analysis show that the existence of the ceramic tile surface layer and the concrete surface layer of the reinforced concrete slab is obvious to improve the rigidity and bearing capacity of the plate.Therefore,in practical engineering,the effect of concrete slab building structure can be considered when the thickness of concrete slab and the construction quality does not meet the design requirements,because it can increase the stiffness of the plate section to a certain extent and improve the bending bearing capacity of the plate.This research strengthens the further understanding of the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete composite plates and has important reference value for practical engineering.Finally,based on the analysis and discussion of the experimental study,this paper makes a prospect on how to use the building structure better to improve the bearing capacity of the structural layer.
