In recent years,with the rapid development of acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,and consumption structure is being upgraded,China‘s energy demand continues to grow,and environmental pollution also continue to grow.Resources and environmental problems is one of the main reasons to restrict China‘s economic and social development,low-carbon and energy-saving emission reduction is still a serious problem.Green energy-saving tasks starting from large public institutions.Our country has given some support in energy-saving renovation,system construction of energy monitoring,energy recycling technique and construction of green campus,the concept of energy-saving and refuse-wasting is spreading rapidly in our country.This paper uses MATLAB(Matrix Laboratory),time series exponential smoothing algorithm modeling,time series double removing average algorithm modeling and grey relational analysis algorithm modeling with the combination of data campus energy monitoring system electric power data.To analysis and compare of the result of double removing average algorithm modeling and time series exponential smoothing modeling including one time,two times and three times,to establish the power subsystem of grey relational analysis algorithm,according to the actual situation of energy use,building with the aim of energy saving and consumption reduction system.Through analyzing the results of each algorithm,study of characteristic of electric energy consumption.Based on the actual,combined with the recent development of energy saving target,through calculation and analysis of the modeling,from the theory put forward by the power technology recommendations project,find campus and similar large public units in energy-saving reconstruction of existing space and the potential.
