We all know that the energy industry are not only a basic industry,but also a pillar industry in national economic development On the current situation,the serious excess capacity,which is partly due to the low rate of energy utilization in our country.It is only through a large number of production capacity that can achieve energy demand for economic growth,because the comprehensive utilization of energy is only 14%today.And the first year of planning of the national 13th Five-Year In 2016,a recent report shows that,Over the next few years,the high energy consurming industries will be gradually reduced in our country,and the expansion of effective investment in energy initiatives would be encouraged.And one of them is to promote energy technology revolution,increase investment in energy technology innovation.The utility model relates to a heat exchanger,which is an energy saving device which can realize the heat transfer between the two or more than one fluid at different temperatures,and realizes the heat transfer between the materials,in order to meet the requirements of process conditions.It is good to meet the national requirements on the development of energy-saving policies and policies.Based on the strong support from the state the heat exchanger industry and the opportunity given by fthe times.In this paper,a new type of corrugated plate heat exchanger with higher heat transfer efficiency is presented.In this paper,the thermodynamic properties of the corrugated plate heat exchanger and the flow resistance are studied.The knowledge of heat transfer,engineering thermodynamics,fluid mechanics,air conditioning are involved in this paper.And softwares are applicated,such as AutoCAD,Gambit,MATLAB,Solidworks,Fluent and so on.Thus the whole process of modeling,calculation,simulation and analysis are completed.Now I will show you the following research results.Firstly,according to the relevant requirements,the size of the corrugated plate heat exchanger plate is designed.The equation of ellipsoid is,On the same line,the space of ellipsoid is about 2mm,and the consistency of concave and convex.The adjacent upper and lower ellipsoidal surfaces occur at the same level,and arranged in a separate way.The Concave and convex are opposite.According to the design and calculation,the surface of each heat exchange plate has 15 rows of convex and concave ellipsoidal surface,and each line has an ellipsoid of 25.In the water inlet and outlet,the four round hole with a diameter of 3 6mm is adopted as usual.The edges of both sides of the plate are provided with a sealing rubber belt with thick 3 mm,and the cold and hot double channel counterflow heat exchange mode is adopted.Secondly,based on the knowledge of specific surface area,it is found that the space utilization ratio of the corrugated plate is better.Through the calculation of MATLAB,the area of the single plate heat transfer surface of the ellipsoid is almost double that of the herringbone’s.Thirdly,based on the simulation results of Fluent,the relationship between velocity field,pressure field and temperature field is analyzed.The following conclusions are obtained,Firstly,We find that the flow pattern of the heat transfer fluid is not the factor that affects the results of the four channel double channel elliptical plate heat exchanger.The corrugated plate heat exchanger plate is no longer affected by assembly sequence,and the assembly mode is more flexible.Secondly the Reynolds number in a certain range of heat transfer Nu and resistance f criterion number equation are assembled Those provide a more intuitive data and theoretical ideas for the follow-up researchers.Third,it is occurred on the surface of ellipsoid plate.The temperature field,velocity field and pressure field of the hot and cold fluid are distributed from the high potential energy field to the low potential energy field.Therefore,it can be well explained that the field synergy angle of the design is small,and the synergy between the fields is good.Fourthly,compared with herringbone corrugated plate,it is found that the heat transfer performance and resistance of ellipsoidal corrugated plate are superior.First,when the fluid passes through the convex spherical surface,the flow velocity will be faster and the inlet and outlet pressure drop will decrease.When the fluid passes through the concave ellipsoidal surface,the velocity is disturbed and dispersed in all directions,and the turbulent flow is formed on the concave surface.Second,it is a good method to solve the problem of surface pressure for bump ellipsoid contacting with each other.Third,austenitic ferritic duplex stainless steel plate forming a whole die design,has a high temperature resistance,excellent corrosion resistance,high toughness characteristics,and all those would provide some ideas and reference to the latter whom will build the experimental platform and do an actual test.Fourth,the heat transfer coefficient of the unit pressure drop of the ellipsoidal corrugated plate is about 11%higher than that of the latter.The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of the new type of corrugated plate heat exchanger,which provides a new idea for the research of heat exchanger.
