In the field of industrial production,the motor is often used as a power device for various devices.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has been widely used in various industries because of simple structure,high reliability and efficiency.More types of high-performance electronic control devices have been developed and promoted,and more and more sophisticated and high-performance control algorithms have been applied in motor control.These make the permanent magnet synchronous motor controllability,and accuracy to get more designers for permanent magnet synchronous motor.As for the motor control requirements are getting higher and higher,especially the direction of sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor,which all contributed no sensor control scheme for PMSM to the majority of users of a high performance.Today,the core of the control scheme is to improve the processing speed,accuracy and scalability of the control chip.With the powerful data parallel processing ability of FPGA and the convenience of development,more and more FPGA based control schemes are applied in the field of motor control.In this dissertation,based on the investigation and research of a large number of industrial fields and the reading of related papers,the PMSM speed sensorless control system is designed.This design can improve the reliability of PMSM in various application fields,especially in the poor working conditions.In this paper,the background of the research and the status quo of the research are briefly described.The Kalman sensorless control scheme based on FPGA is selected.Vector control method and id =0 control strategy are adopted.The origin of the Kalman algorithm is introduced to the linear and nonlinear theory,and the application of this theory to the PMSM sensor system is introduced.Finally,an improved reduced order Kalman algorithm is established.According to the selected control principle,the PI module,SVPWM module and EKF algorithm module are modeled in Simulink/DSP Builder software.The generated HDL code is verified by Modelsim software.Then use the Quartus Ⅱ software to compile and generate the file.And the total system simulation is carried out in Simulink/DSP Builder software.Finally,analyze the simulation results,and the results show that the design scheme can realize the sensorless control of PMSM accurately.
