Into the 21st century,the rapid development of fuel vehicles in China,to bring our daily life convenient,but also bring environmental pollution,so vigorously develop the electric car is very necessary.At present,the vast majority of electric vehicles using lead-acid battery power supply.Vehicle mounted charging power supply as a result of simple structure,easy to charge,has been widely used.According to the actual need of electric vehicles,flyback converter and phase shifted ZVS PWM full bridge converter are used to design two mounted charging power supply for electric vehicle.The first chapter introduces the background,purpose and task arrangement of the research.The second chapter introduces the charging and discharging principle and characteristics of the battery,introduces the charging model of the battery.The third chapter introduces the design of 72W lead-acid battery charging power supply,analyzes the operating principle of the flyback converter,completes the selection of the main circuit and the design of the three-stage charge control circuit.Chapter 4 introduces the operating principle of the soft-switching technology of the full-bridge converter and the conditions for realizing the zero-voltage switching.The fifth chapter introduces the design of 1000W full bridge vehicle mounted charging power supply.The design of the main circuit and the control parameters are given,and the design of the driver and protection circuit are completed.The charging of the battery is carried out by the two-stage charging.In the last chapter,Saber simulation software is used to simulate the full-bridge vehicle mounted charging power supply circuit.The zero-voltage switching condition of the lagging switches under different load conditions is analyzed and the prototype converter is built.The main circuit of 72W lead-acid battery uses RCD clamping circuit,which has a advantage of simple structure,small size,and has been widely used.Phase-shifted ZVS PWM full bridge converter is of high efficiency,high power and other characteristics.Full-bridge vehicle mounted charing power supply will extend the battery life,and provide daily needs of electricity for electric vehicles at anytime.These two kinds of vehicle mounted charging power supplies promote to the popularity of electric vehicles.
