Nowadays,with the people paying attention to resource utilization and environmental protection all over the world.The electric vehicle develops rapidly.So there are new challenges for the charging technology and the development of charging facilities.The research of electric vehicle charging power supply is presented in this paper,aiming at developing the charging facilities that are efficiency,lightweight,intelligence,reliance and low-cost.First of all,the development and present situation of EV and charging facilities are introduced.The main contents and desired goal are pointed out.Secondly,the principle of soft switching is analyzed.The working principle of phase shifted full bridge soft switching converter and the key problems of soft switching realizing are researched.The electric vehicle charging power supply is designed.The power part of the design mainly includes the main transformer,power switch devices,rectifier diodes and the output filter circuit.The control circuit of the design mainly includes the selection of the main chip,the phase shift PWM controller,the signal acquisition circuit,the parallel current sharing control circuit,the double closed loop control circuit,the communication interface circuit and the system software.Thirdly,for the environment three-phase power-factor correction circuits are designed.The working principle of the three-phase six-switch boost-type PFC circuit is analysed.The two control strategies of one-cycle control and current decoupled control based on space vector modulation are researched.The parameter is calculated and components is selected.Finally,the simulation models of phase shifted full bridge soft switching converter and PFC circuit are constructed.Simulation results verify the feasibility of the design.Experimental prototypes are developed and the key data is tested.The experimental results show that the design can achieve the expected goals of efficiency,intelligence and environmental protection.
