In recent years,with the improvement of the urbanization level in our country and the change of people's life style,people put more and more attention to the food safety,and the demand of intelligent refrigerator has increased significantly.This paper studied and analysed the internal temperature distribution and velocity distribution of the refrigerated display cabinet,numerical calculation is carried out through the establishment of mathematical model,which could provide optimization guidance and basis for the experiment,then determined the air curtain's better air velocity of the refrigerator,air curtain's jet angle,and the test would be carried out under the two conditions,verifying the accuracy of the simulation.First of all,during the experiment,we tested the freezer's temperature distribution under the condition of closed door,when the distribution was stable and uniform,further testing would be implemented,in this paper a refrigerator of larger volume with three doors was studied,and one of them was open,the temperature distribution inside the freezer could be got through the experimental instrument.And then put the food package in the cabinet,test the temperature distribution inside the refrigerated cabinet with loads when the doors closed or a door open.Finally,compared the experimental data with the numerical simulation results,we could got the following conclusions:1.About numerical simulation: the numerical simulation is carried out under the nonisothermal fluid model in the simulation by using the COMSOL software,compared and analysised the temperature distribution and air velocities under different jet angles of 5°?0°?-5°?-10°with the air velocity of 1m/s.Among the four different air curtain jet angles,we could find the effect of-5°is the best with small return air temperature difference,relatively uniform temperature distribution in the cabinet,the well formed air curtain.2.After determined the air supply angle,we can simulate the effect of different air supply velocities on the temperature distribution and velocity distribution,the air supply velocities are 0.5m/s ? 0.8m/s ? 1.0m/s ? 1.2m/s,according to the comparison of the temperature distribution's uniformity and stability and the integrity of air curtain under different air velocities inside the cabinet,found that when the supply air velocity is 0.8m/s,the temperature in the cabinet is evenly distributed,cold energy overflows less,air curtain can be well formed.3.Performing an experiment,recording and processing data,through the comparison between the test and numerical simulation,found that there is only a small deviation between them,verifying the accuracy of the simulation,the result we get can provide the basis for the optimization design of refrigerator.4.The experimental results show that there exists significant effect on the the uniformity and stability of the temperature distribution in the cabinet within or without load,when there is no load in the cabinet,there is high temperature range,high frequency with door open,when put load into the cabinet,the temperature fluctuation is small,and can stabilize a good temperature distribution in the cabinet.
