With the increase of the capacity of thermal power plant units,the section size of gas duct is also greatly increased,and the load of gas duct is also increased.During earthquake,Dust load produce large inertial force,which will cause serious damage to the duct resulting in huge economic losses.But at present,the researches on the bearing of gas duct are mostly focused on the thermal sliding,and the research of seismic isolation of gas duct have not been carried out.In this paper,a new type of bearing—Thermal sliding-double concave friction pendulum(TS-DCFP)—is proposed on the basis of double concave friction pendulum(DCFP).TS-DCFP can meet the demand of sliding in one direction and isolation in another direction.This paper focuses on the theoretical analysis,isolation performance and design of TS-DCFP.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the DCFP,the formation of TS-DCFP is proposed.Do The theoretical analysis in two directions is carried out,the elationship between force and displacement is deduced,and the hysteresis curves of two directions is constructed.The maximum and displacement of TS-DCFP is also calculated.(2)A FE model of TS-DCFP is established using ABAQUS software.The static analysis of TS-DCFP in two directions under different displacement amplitude is carried out.The correctness of the theoretical results of TS-DCFP is verified.(3)Study the simplification of TS-DCFP in ABAQUS.TS-DCFP is simulated using the Gap and Spring unit combinations.Establish the model of TS-DCFP framework isolation system.Single and double direction arthquake action are carried out on this model.Study the seismic responses of single and double direction arthquake action,and analyz the isolation effect of TS-DCFP.Compare the difference of TS-DCFP's isolation performance under single and double direction arthquake action.The research shows that TS-DCFP has excellent isolation performance both single and double direction arthquake action.Simultaneously,the earthquake response is not much difference of single and double direction arthquake action,but,the hysteresis curve under the double direction arthquake action has some irregularity.(4)Study the isolation performance of TS-DCFP under different site types,by multi-site type and multiple seismic waves acting.It is proved that TS-DCFP has better isolation performance in class ? and ? and poor isolation in Class IV soft soils,indicating that TS-DCFP is suitable for harder sites of Class II and III soils.(5)The TS-DCFP isolation system model of gas duct is established.Analyze some seismic responses under double directional earthquake action,and all of seismic responses are significantly decreased.It is show that excellent isolation effect of TD-DCFP.The feasibility of TS-DCFP used in gas duct system is verified.(6)Analyz several important parameters affecting TS-DCFP selection,and determine the selection criteria,and flow chart of TS-DCFP selection design is given.
