The friction-slip seismic isolation system is the earliest application of seismic isolation system,and the main manifestation of this system is the friction-slip seismic isolation bearing.Through a large number of theories and studies,it has been found that the building structure equipped with friction sliding isolation bearings has the uncertainty of slip during the sliding process,and the isolation capability is relatively simple(only horizontal isolation).However,with the rapid development of science and technology and the birth and application of various new materials,the shortcomings and deficiencies of the friction sliding vibration isolation bearing have also been gradually improved.In this paper,a new type of friction-slip vibration isolation support is proposed by combining new materials with pure friction-slip vibration isolation support.First,the support is coated with a stable friction coating between the slider and the lower steel plate to ensure the stability during the sliding process.At the same time,an excellent limit reset device is added around the support to make the building structure in the sliding process.It can get a good limit and reset;inject viscoelastic damping material into the seismic isolation support,and the support has the function of vertical seismic isolation through the vertical shear and deformation recovery of the material.The main contents studied in this article include:1.Aiming at the shortcomings and deficiencies of the pure friction sliding isolation bearing,this paper proposes a new type of friction sliding isolation bearing,which is not only stable in nature,has excellent limit and reset functions,but also realizes three-dimensional isolation.The effect of shock.2.Conduct experimental and theoretical research on the core components of the new type of friction and sliding isolation bearings,and obtain the core parameters of the core components,which provide experimental and theoretical basis for the realization of the new type of friction and sliding isolation bearings.3.According to the core parameters of the core components obtained by experiment and theory,the solid modeling of ANSYS finite element software is carried out on the new type of friction sliding isolation bearing.The method of displacement loading is adopted to explore the hysteretic performance of the support by changing the friction coefficient and slip amplitude of the support.Studies have shown that: the new type of friction sliding bearing has excellent energy dissipation capacity and hysteresis characteristics.4.Carry out solid modeling of the existing building structure through ANSYS finite element software.Under the action of seismic waves,the changes in acceleration and displacement of the bottom and top layers of the building structure under three conditions of unisolated,pure friction-slip isolation and new friction-slip isolation are explored.The comparative analysis of the simulation results shows that the new friction sliding bearing has excellent seismic isolation effect.
