| With the development of traditional maritime information system and information technology,currently,improving service ability,the utilization of resources and sharing ability of maritime information system are the hot topics in this field.In the construction of maritime information system,"top-level design of maritime information" and cloud computing play important roles.How to establish a maritime information system by combining with cloud computing with an intelligent,standard,sufficient resource utilization rate,extensible and information-sharing is a challenge.The Following the character of the requirement and the maritime resource carried out around user demands and the characteristics of maritime resources of the maritime information system:(1)The status and development requirements of the maritime information system are studied,and the necessity of the combination of the maritime information system and the cloud computing is analyzed.The technology of the maritime information system is also studied,including the top-level design of the maritime information system,the characteristics of cloud computing,the general architecture,the design of the maritime information system of the overall program,the involved key links,analysis of the maritime information system and the advantages of cloud computing.(2)According to the specific provincial requirements of the maritime information system,the model of the maritime information system of the provincial transportation is designed with three layers:resource layer,platform layer and application layer.The first layer,which is called platform layer,links users and the resources and gives users all kinds of services.The second layer,which is called resource layer,formalizes the resource pool through.The third layer,which is called application layer,provides users with a unified interface.At the same time,the construction of maritime information system focuses on resource division,task segmentation and resource scheduling.And the model of resource allocation and division task is also designed.After the division,resources and tasks are allocated with relative orders and they are matched through resource scheduler.(3)According to the existing problems of VTS system,the idea of combining VTS and cloud architecture is proposed,and the information of VTS is connected to "one system and two platforms".Information sharing and interaction are realized through cloud data center so that all the VTS system can share information.Additionally,there is no information island,and cloud data center can also improve maritime cruise rescue efficiency,traffic organization forecasting ability and make VTS system more intelligent.This paper is supported by The Sichuan Maritime Information System Const ruction Project. |
